take a looksie inside my mind

I am ready for a new chapter to begin. I am so tired of the same old junk, and the same old problems and the same old people telling me not to do the same old things. I am a grown up, and though I know I seldom act like one completely I think that Its high time people start realizing that and stop treating me like a child. is it not my job to watch over the children in my care? Why do I need all the micromanaging. The answer is simple. i don’t!  i do not feel that I fail to interact appropriately with anyone! and i certainly do not put childrens health or welfare at risk. Those are the very things that i watch out for on a daily basis. The very skill set that I have and to call that in to question makes me madder than anything. You were not there you do not know what happened. you can’t be everywhere at once and to assume that just because some one in a position higher than me is right just because they say they are is in fact discrimination against me. i was not disruptive, not destructive to anyone or anything . I did not fail to do anything regarding my job or the policies and procedures that your lovely company has. I merely was trying my best to be a teacher in my class and do the job that I was entrusted to do. I did not need anyone micromanaging me and telling me to do it differently than i was already doing it. As i stated . i know how to do my job, and i simply do not appreciate it when someone expects me to do something their way just because they feel its a better fit.
